I’M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE.  HOW CAN I GET HELP?

Our t-shirts & sweatshirts are true-to-size, however we recommend sizing up to account for shrinkage and a roomier fit to grow into.  If you have any additional questions about sizing, please feel free to email us: hi@thenewyorksweatshirt.com

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER AND NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING.  CAN I DO THAT?

I NEED MY ITEMS FOR A SPECIFIC DATE - CAN YOU GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON OR BEFORE?

We do not guarantee delivery on any specific date.  We'll do our best to expedite, but cannot make any firm commitments on when you'll receive your shipment.

    I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WANT TO RETURN or EXCHANGE IT.  HOW CAN I DO THAT?

      I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT’S INCORRECT!  WHAT DO I DO?

      Please email hi@thenewyorksweatshirt.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. 

      I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT’S DAMAGED!  WHAT DO I DO?

      Please email hi@thenewyorksweatshirt.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. 

        WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

        Items are shipped within 48 hours of placing your order.  When your item has been shipped, you will be emailed a confirmation as well as a tracking number.

          WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

          We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay.

          HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE A REFUND ON MY CREDIT CARD?

          Refunded amounts will appear back in your account within 24-48 business hours.

          WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
